Film Prompt: Make a 60-90 second short film about your hometown. It can be horizontal or vertical. It can be about a specific place, a business, what you love about it, what you don’t like about it, a feeling in its entirety, what its like living there or why you left. Feel free to get creative in your approach. This contest is open to all ages & all countries.

Technicality: This is NOT a cinematography or highest quality contest. While it does help convey your message, this contest is about the story your film is delivering. This is about the feeling the viewers get when we watch it. Which is why this contest is open to both mobile phone filmmakers all the way up to cinema camera filmmakers. This is open to ALL skill levels.

Prizes: There will be 4 winners. 2 from each category. AP's personal pick & the people's choice. Which means you all will be voting for who you think deserves the win. Voting is open to everyone, not just participants. Whether its people on this discord or your friends outside of this discord. It will solely be based off of votes, which will be indicated by the "THUMBS UP" response via discord. The 4 winning films will also be screened at the live in person screening premiere of AP’s short film in LA & NYC in May.

Submissions: Film submissions will take in the APCC Discord Server linked below. This can be found in the “Short Film Contest” category in the “Submissions” channel. There you will find formatting & uploading guidelines.
